I love Mexican food and I will be making a Mexican style New Years Eve dinner.
At Midnight it is a tradition to make a list of all the bad things that have happened in the last 12 months and throw it into the fire. This burns away all the bad luck and creates a blank page, to recommence a fantastic new year. It's like a reverse Santa letter. Not so much all I want for christmas but all I don't want for the New Year.
Sounds cool eh?
Starts later than usual because we will be up late.
