Chris T-T & The Hoodrats bring 'The Bear' to Manchester with, special guests, Oxygen Thief. The two Xtra Mile Recordings artists will be joined by Mark McCabe, Ellen Cox.

The release of 'The Bear' sends Chris T-T's sound in a new direction. Whilst the singer/songwriter's trademark lyrical style remains the same, The Hoodrats (which include a touring member of My Bloody Valentine), replace Chris' simple folk sound with grungy indie rock. It's a move that might surprise some, but works incredibly well.

Touring solo on the back of a critically acclaimed mini-album, Oxygen Thief returns to Manchester. He's been compared to 'acousic Reuben' in the past, but his punky, post-hardcore, sound is really unique and sure to melt faces.

'A Good Day To Bury Bad News' is released the day before this show, so learn the words and cry along to Mark McCabe's dark, brooding, second album. Without doubt, one of the most underrated singer/songwriters around.

Welsh songstress, Ellen Cox plays beautiful, blues and punk influenced, acoustic tunes that you just won't be able to get enough of. She's touring with Mark McCabe and we're stoked that she's opening the show.
