= NINA (www.facebook.com/NinaSoundUK)
Hailing from Berlin, London-based Nina and band will be touring their moody and catchy electropop sounds to the north of England. Nina's lyrics infuse historical Prussian and Baltic influences such as fairytales and folklore with the sounds of today's cityscapes: synths and electronic beats, creating a feeling of mortality that spans centuries: "I've always been very spiritual, even as a child. I never belonged to a certain society, religion or belief. I feel as though I must persevere on my own terms in order to be free."

= ACRE TARN (www.facebook.com/acretarn)
One of the UK's best-kept experimental secrets: "We are a sum of two halves, founded by chance and brought together to realise our musical craft. We love beauty and we want to create something beautiful. We're explorers."

= SOPHIA HAMADI (of OPALE) (www.facebook.com/opalopaleopale)
In opal fields, you have to pierce through layers of rock to discover a gem. Paris-based Opale released their first EP under the name Playground on Stellar Kinematics in 2012. The record included a collaboration with Ensemble Economique's Brian Pyle. Since then, Sophia Hamadi and Rocio Ortiz have recorded beautiful sounds within debut album "L'Incandescent" and have toured throughout Europe, Canada and the USA. One half of this international duo, Sophia will be flying in for a special 3-day Eclectica DJ set tour.

ECLECTICA is a new longterm non-profit project with an exciting goal: with a view to moving the project around cities and industries, events will be held to showcase and provide a space for women to showcase their careers to the public and talk openly about their industries, with the underlying goal of encouraging team-building and nurturing female leaders. With the help of SHATTERJAPAN (www.shatterjapan.com) and STAGESURFING (www.stagesurfing.org), the project has already become a collaborative and international venture.
