Chuck Prophet is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. Chuck started his wild ride as a kid back in 1984 when Green on Red plucked him out of Berkeley, CA and threw him in the van for an eight year ride and the recording of as many albums.

Chuck Prophet & The Mission Express are one of the tightest Rock units on the planet and those lucky enough to have seen them last year at The Green Door Store will agree that Chuck is one of the greatest guitarist's on the planet.

Chuck Prophet & The Mission Express are touring the fabulous new album 'Night Surfer' which features a guest appearance from R.E.M's Peter Buck and is destined to make many an end of year list.

Chuck has recorded nine amazing solo albums and toured and recorded with the likes of Lucinda Williams, Aimee Mann, Cake. Alejandro Escovido and Jonathan Richman.
