Doug Walker
After a recent chance meeting with Radio 1’s Chris Moyles, Doug Walker’s music was thrown into the limelight with Moyles relentless plugging of his recent Top 40 hit The Mystery on the morning show. Quickly snapped up by Warner Bros Record Company, he has just finished recording his Debut Album ‘Fear Together’ in New York with Coldplay producer Danton Supple. He has kindly agreed to play a set for B-AID on his night off on a rare night off on his UK Tour.

Dead Dead Dead - http://www.myspace.com/deaddeaddead
The genius of D!x3 lies in the marriage of dark emotive melody, frantic rhythms and mind penetrating lyrics. The past has left them with an enviable back catalogue: two self released EP\'s and a single release with Tough Love Records, 4 UK tours and an army of fans around the nation and beyond. At present the boys are writing and recording new material and preparing to tour in the new year. The future?… If there is any justice in todays world of phone vote pop stars and dispensable indie bands, D!x3 will stand with a select few as an example of art in the face of commerce, fact in the face of fiction, a torch in the darkness of mediocrity.

Pistols At Dawn are a London-based three piece who deal in soaring riffs, glittering instrumental and lyrical malevolence, switching from stripped-down, hushed, melodic intensity to sheer sonic violence in seconds. Their new mini-album will be available for download in late August. www.myspace.com/pistolstdawnrock
The Chap
Stopping through on their European tour which has already taken in Paris, Antwerp, Berlin and Amstrdamn. Music which almost defines definition, with experimental genre-hopping tendancies. Venue magazine describes them as a cross between ‘Kraftwork and Sonic Youth’. Its basically a pic n mix bag of disco, electronica, funk and sleazy rock. “A heady mix of Bowie, Kraftwerk and Brian Eno, bascially the most random and exciting live act I’ve seen in years…” - Londons Screen Music Mag

“The Paddingtons have it all, the image, the sound, and the attitude to match….By mixing influenced sounds of The Sex Pistols, Saints, Strokes and The Clash, they play an energetic tight set with no gaps, just a fuel injected sequence of well rehearsed and well structured songs. The crowd was engaged, they were captured and the bouncers were rushed off their feet managing the crowd surfing situation” Caught in The Cross Fire - Live Review
“They are rock\'n\'roll. And in their songs there is nothing but thousand-mile-high-thrash of fuzzed-out rock” NME
“the Paddingtons are indeed the new Libertines, expect to see them splashed across NME in no time at all” - Drowned in Sound
Tommy B -
Book ending the night, and sandwiching the live sets to keep you dancing is legendary underground east London D.J Tommy B. Playing an glorious eclectic mix of funk. Soul, house and indie
