The Sonic Jewels- Intriguing stuff with loads of innovative twists and turns. They liken their craft to a groovy melding of John Martyn and Jack White. Yeah. Great band. Many Few- Kitchen sink lo fi indie pop with female/male harmonies and vocal sharings over some Smiths meets McCarthy c86 type backing. Some interesting twists and turns. a bit of The Monochrome Set, something of Yeah Yeah No and stuff like that. ‘The Many Few are armchair surrealisms, bizarre and wonderful journeys that touch on the absurdities and question marks of small town life, from which you never quite return’
