A lovely recital by one of the country's foremost young string quartets. The Piatti were runners-up in the International String Quartet Competition in London earlier this year. The programme consists of Ravel's Quartet in F major and Webern's emotionally charged piece 'Langsamersatz' and Brahm's Quartet in A minor Op51 No2.
