Rags, Tals and Bollywood
More than just an East West Fusion – this Grand Union show explores Indian classical music, Bhangra, Bangladeshi folk music, the songs of Nasrul and Bollywood with jazz, African and Latin rhythms too. Featuring some of the finest performers of jazz and world music in the UK today, including visiting sarod virtuoso Shahadat Hossein Khan – Lucy Rahman, Claude Deppa, Louise Elliott, Tony Haynes and Brian Abrahams.
