Double Bill of Folk Music in association with Wren Music.
Lyrically evocative, sometimes moody and melancholic, Holland’s unadorned music has a flip side of songs of upbeat, wry humour but always acutely observed.
Cornish folk duo Jon & Alfie bring both original material and traditional folk tunes from all over the world.
At once foot-stamping and unpredictable, their sound is experimental in its subtle questioning of folk music idioms.
