Event information

Sadly, Jonny Awsum has been summoned to entertain the troops abroad for a week.

Fortunately, we have the brilliant ADAM KAY to replace him. Hurrah!

Adam Kay is a comedian and presenter with many strings to his bow, having sold out numerous Edinburgh Festivals and UK tours, won the London Cabaret Award, had over 10 million hits on YouTube (including the iconic London Underground Song) and has had four number one albums in the iTunes comedy charts. He can be heard on the Radio 4 Now Show.

With a comedic voice heavily influenced by the likes of Bill Cosby & Jerry Seinfeld, and a comedy style described by the press as"clean, classy and clever", support act Mark Palmer is a rising star. Mark's ability to blend a theme or topic with one of today's funniest comedy routines is unparalleled. His smart, sometimes loud and often opinionated brand of comedy has made him an audience favourite wherever he performs."Clean, classy, clever." Cape Argus.

Originally from Devon, Ex-Butlins-Redcoat Suzy Bennett is a dynamo of a comic, with a uniquely warm and chatty stage presence. She has been delighting audiences with her saucy comedy since "accidentally" reaching the finals of Jimmy Carr's Comedy Idol on her first gig, and being asked by Jimmy to support him on his "Gag Reflex" tour. Since then she has been storming gigs up and down the country, as well as hosting the Playtex Moonwalk in Hyde Park for the last two years entertaining 17,000 people wearing a novelty bra! "Vibrant, gorgeous and extremely funny." (BBC).

American comedienne Robyn Perkins has been bringing her 'engaging persona' (Steve Bennett, Chortle) to comedy clubs around the UK and US since 2011. She MCs frequently, including a weekly professional standup night in Battersea - Laugh Train Home - and is a witty, chatty opening and middle act for clubs around the country.
