MATTHEW BOURNE - MOOGMEMORY

Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bC8S2pL3Ee0
Following the success of his 2015 Radioland tour, genre-bending pianist Matthew Bourne performs material from his striking new album ‘Moogmemory’ released earlier this year on The Leaf Label. Created without the use of computers or sequencers, Bourne’s haunting and evocative music explores the distinctive analogue sound of the legendary Moog Memorymoog synthesiser.
“A brave and rewarding left field adventure" - The Skinny
"Matthew Bourne is both a strikingly talented jazz/improv musician and a boldly adventurous composer” - Uncut
“Moogmemory marks a glorious return” - Q
SNACK FAMILY
Listen: http://snackfamily.bandcamp.com
Watch: http://youtube.com/snackfamilymusic
Snack Family's sound of timeless, menacing power and progressive back-alley sleaze is a rare combination of time-honoured Rock n Roll antics, wholesome illustrative songwriting and blinding musicianship. Above all it is fun, riotous and nudity-inducing low-frequency music that gets right back to the heartlands, the heart and soul and meat of the matter. Music for the times we're sweating through.
“Snack Family's music oozes…An unlikely middle ground between Battles and The Birthday Party." The Quietus
“Snack Family is a creeping Rock n Roll monster, replete with gravelly drumbeats, striptease guitar and the most gut-twisting Sax we’ve heard in yonks.” - NME
"If Nick Cave was the lead singer of Morphine it would have sounded like Snack Family…we dare to say that these boys will grow into a highly respected act." - Noisey by Vice
