Friday Afternoon: Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone

This August, Sneaky will be casting a spell over Lancaster Castle filling the grounds with magical mayhem as part of their Magical Experience

Alongside screenings of Harry Potter films there'll be events and attractions for wannabe wizards of all ages.

The team at Sneaky specialize in bringing cinema to life so look out for a crazy cast of characters causing chaos in the cloisters; expect to find wandering wizards, grim gatekeepers and Gobby the Goblin.

To compliment the Harry Potter series our Wizards will deliver Charms, Potions, Herbology and Broomstick classes within the grounds.

In Charms Class you can make your own wand and learn the correct stance for casting the perfect spells. In Potions our master mixers will help you create your very own crazy concoction mixing up fizzy drinks with a sprinkle of wizarding know-how. There'll be Broomstick making classes, a real live owl show and of course a magic performance.

Ticket holders can join our four houses and take part in team games to earn house points with fizzy whizzy prizes for the house which earns the most.

Our food and drink stalls are local and independent, we have a licensed bar serving locally brewed ales and a sweet trolley lady.

Pop into the Sneaky Cauldron for our special 'I can't believe it's not Butter Beer'.

As with all our events guests are encouraged to join in with the fun and arrive in fancy dress.

These outdoor screenings promise to entertain fans of the Harry Potter films of all ages with the medieval castle providing a fantastic backdrop for this magical experience.
