We are very excited to announce the return of the wonderful Kamao Quartet - with a very special guest.
Expect an evening of traditional Manouche and Romani Gypsy music, early jazz and bebop, original music and Django classics, at the hands of the Kamao Quartet, (Jean de Talhouet - guitar and vocals, Dave Kelbie - guitar, Ruth Goller - double bass and Dave Shulman - clarinet.) and featuring
the outstanding gyspy virtuoso Tcha Limberger on violin

TCHA LIMBERGER
Probably most celebrated Gypsy musician of his generation, he is one of the most important figures in the music of the Carpathian Basin and a leading figure in the world of Gypsy jazz. This year’s Songlines Music Award nomination for the recording with his Budapest Gypsy Orchestra, winning the 2015 France Musique award, and a string of performances worldwide with artists such as Jordi Savall has confirmed his status as a potent force on the world stage.
