Atomic Suplex- London centric approach to all thing weird, wild and wonderfully Guitar Wolf like...fenzied garage, supercharged rocknroll, guitars check, tood check, helmet...check. Blistering is right.

Jonny Halifax And The Howling Truth- The Howling Truth- psych fuzz rocknroll with beautifully bent guitar parts and a Jon Spencer meets Bob Log wonky weirded out wonder at all times with a fantastic Spacemen 3/Suicide on Stooges super vitamins vibe on board...one one man band turned two man band- now with a third in the shape of a jazz honed drummist-that fills the auditorium with beatific bastard blues, yowsah. "Slitherin' electro-programmed slide guitar driven mung worship sounds like the Bayou by way of Vladivostock." Sez Julian Cope in Head Heritage no less. Ace. London Dirthole Company- Need no introduction by now surely- all star, super far out ultra tub thumping garage cum Fallist cum punk primal outfit with the percussion set to fuck yeah. Always top entertainment.

White Ape- Raw and roustabout post punk quirkiness meets garage nouveau kickass with penty of wry lyrical content to keep ya bubbling...Tom Robinson at BBC 6Music is all over em right now, if he can find a track sans sweariness to hit up the sensitive listeners with.....aces...new EP with lead track 'Courtney Love Will Tear Us Apart' ripe for your grateful ears NOW...

Emily C Smith- The amazing Ms Smith also has ace new product out for your delectation...the very wonderful pop easy but uneasily experimental at the same time (brilliant trick) ... PJ Harvey meets Elastica via something country and tumbleweed strewn and timelessly folk and Celtic somehow....

Jay Vee And The Cardinal Sins- Cranked up punked up rnb of frantic hue..Feelgoods, Godfathers, Milkshakes....spirited n spunky with rippin guitar soloing and plenty of punky guts.

STOP PRESS SUPERCOOL ALL GIRL JAPANESE BAND LATE ADDITION!- The LadyBugs- Shonen Knife might be a touchstone but Ladybugs are punkier, more 1977 punk perhaps than garage punk and certainly not as indie schmindie as the aforementioned , plenty of guts in the delivery and attitude alongside the grinned up positivity we've come to expect from rocknroll outta Nihon.
