As a venue that enjoys breaking barriers, tonight's concert is where jazz, baroque, world and improvised music collide.
Talinka is the fruit of collaboration between singer and actress Tali Atzmon, baroque instrumentalist Jenny Bliss Bennett, the virtuoso bass player Yaron Stavi and the international jazz artist Gilad Atzmon who also produced the new album. Talinka is a music attempt to defy boundaries between styles and genres. It is where folk, early music, jazz and tango merge into simplicity, harmony and warmth. The band plays original materials but it also retreat the American song book in a refreshing manner..
