Healthy Mind is a lip-smackin thirst-quenchin' one-off all-dayer to raise money for Radio Glamorgan and Cardiff Mind Ltd. Both charities keep the residents of Cardiff and beyond chugging along in their own special ways so we've invited some ace musical acts to help us.

The event is being organised by Ben Gallivan and Bill Cummings who present Citizen's Band on Radio Glamorgan, part of the team who also brought you the hugely successful Cardiff Mind Fest in 2013.

FALLING STACKS (spiky, post-punk from Bristol)

MIKE DENNIS (excellent rapper & MC, excellent violinist)

LITTLE RED (the new electro-pop project from Ellie Makes Music)

ANi GLASS (Stunning Welsh-language electro from former Pipette and Lovely Wars singer)

AEDDAN - Music (off-kilter indie pop from the Welsh valleys)

Plus prize raffle, spoken word and open mic and Citizen's Band DJs.
