Formerly the main songwriter and a founding member of late ’90s teen punk tearaways Symposium, Wojtek Godzisz (pronounced ‘Voytek Godzish’ for those of you unfamiliar with the Polish language) returned from self-imposed exile with a critically acclaimed collection of bedroom recordings, the ‘Burning Ideals’ EP, in April this 2008. Since then, Wojtek has assembled a power trio, taken to the stage and built up a loyal live following, playing a series of packed out shows at venues including The Luminaire, The Borderline and the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen. www.myspace.com/wojtekgodzisz
