DAVE GILES
Presenting the final support act for my Lancaster show on December 1st, Dave Giles!
Dave played last time, and I don't think there was a single person in that room that wasn't impressed. I love Dave and he inspires me every day, it's a pleasure to welcome him back to Lancaster.
This show is going to be special.
"London based singer/songwriter Dave Giles (32) has been singing his songs around the UK since 2010. In the seven years that have lapsed, he's played countless shows all over his home country and released seven self produced EP's as well as one full length album "Love, Life, Loss and Tea" which was produced by Bush guitarist Nigel Pulsford. He set out to be a story telling singer and with his unique charm and onstage persona he has ended up touring or gigging with the likes of Beans On Toast, Chris TT, Ben Marwood, Bry, Emma Blackery, The Candle Thieves, Danny Gruff and Jade Bird to name just a few. He's travelled far and wide to sing his songs, reaching all four corners of his own country, as well as numerous trips to Ireland, a tour to Australia in 2014 and this year he finally made the jump across the Channel to play shows in Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands. He currently is writing his second full length album, which will be recording in January 2018 in Nashville in his most ambitious adventure to date".

NICK PARKER (w/Benny Wain)
I really love Nick, and his latest album "Besta Venya" is one of my favourite albums of the last few years. I heard of Nick through my friend Gaz Brookfield a couple of years ago, Gaz spoke wonders of him, but shit, I was blown away after listening to him.
We're now good mates, and I am delighted Nick has agreed to play this gig and it's a bonus he's bringing Benny. I really mean it when I say all of these "support" acts are really headline acts, and I'm so happy that Nick and Benny are coming to Lancaster on December 1st.
"Glastonbury-based Nick Parker embarked on a solo career in 2010 and has since released three full-length albums, 2010’s ‘The King of False Alarms’ and 2014’s ‘Angry Pork and the Occasional Bird’. His third album ‘Besta Venya’ which was released in May 2017. Nick’s songs are often tongue-in-cheek and cheerful, and on the rare occasion when fun IS poked it is always with a wry smile and an element of satire.
Over the years Nick has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with The Wedding Present, Bright Eyes, Ben Marwood, Frank Turner, Mike Peters and Mike Scott among others, and he regularly tours with Bristol based Gaz Brookfield (as a separate act, but also playing mandolin in his band)."

SEEGULLS
I met James Kitchen of Seegulls in the summer of 2016, and I've been itching to gig with them ever since I listened to their music on the recommendation of my friend Connor.
I'm thrilled they've agreed to come and play for us in Lancaster, and their presence does nothing but cement the fact this is going to be a stunning show.
"Seeguls are an indie-rock band based in Chester, UK. Over recent years, alongside studying popular music performance, Seegulls have been tirelessly trecking around the UK playing shows and building a fan-base.
Taking influence from bands like The Libertines, The Strokes and The Smiths (whilst sprinkling their own fairy dust into the potion), they claim their ultimate desire is to take the music world by storm, by fusing catchy guitar lines, passionately sung lyrics and an unrivalled energy to their live show.
This hard work has not gone unnoticed, receiving mainstream airplay on Radio 1 (Huw Stevens), Radio 2 (Dermot O'Leary) & Radio 6 Music (Tom Robinson and Steve Lamaq)."
