SOEUR
Breaking hard-rock down to its simplest, most fundamental form, Sœur are a brutal, soulful assault on the senses. Bound together and battle-hardened by an experience & appreciation of the fringes of British rock music, Anya Pulver, Tina Maynard & James Collins have already found their incendiary live shows selling out in dive bars and clubs across their native South West. With vocal lines that tangle & intertwine, riffs so substantial they’ve got their own post code, and a beat - provided by former Maybeshewill drummer James Collins - that ties everything down with industrial power, this is a sound of colossal proportions.

HVMM
Dark times and darker songs require a band with enough depth to shine through, to rise above and to beat an increasingly stagnant rock music scene into submission, to create something memorable, something new. Meet HVMM. If you’re lucky enough to catch this four piece live you will not forget them. Ticking with enough febrile energy and aggression that being situated too close to the stage will leave you feeling like you’re likely to be going home in an ambulance rather than a cab.
Formed sometime in 2015, the fact that the timeline and origins of HVMM are ambiguous further signify that it is what happened after they came together that matters rather than who they were before. What we do know is that Worcester is called home and that Andy Teece (vocals) and Sam Jenkins (Drums) introduction to each other was the result of a fight in a pub. Ebony Clay (Guitars) found herself migrating from coffee to alcohol after a meeting with Andy and wound up in the band. Ebony brought in long-term friend Mr Jack (bass) to complete HVMM.

From the outset the band’s live performances has attracted the right kind of attention leading to HVMM being the first UK signing for US label ILA, who had them in the studio recording their debut EP, TALK TO ME LIKE I’M DEAD, at BRIGHTON ELECTRIC before the ink was dry on the contract. With the EP in the can HVMM continued to garner enthusiastic support in both the UK and US markets with premieres via CLASH MAGAZINE, PUNK NEWS and METAL INSIDER, as well as features in DISORDER MAGAZINE, VINYL DISTRICT and MMAGAZINE, to name but a few. On the airwaves, the influential US based radio station WSOU, premiered the entire EP on the week of release, which reinforced the UK support from KERRANG!, BBC 6 MUSIC, RADIO X, BBC INTRODUCING’s and the bands inclusion on CLASSIC ROCK's play-list with TEAM ROCK.
On the live circuit HVMM have been receiving rabidly favourable reviews, playing high profile shows such as CAMDEN ROCKS, THE GREAT ESCAPE, HRH Ibiza (Ibiza’s biggest rock festival), HACKNEY WONDERLAND and sold out their first London headline show way in advance, which has put the band firmly in the ascendance.

HVMM – are not carrying the torch of a new spirit of British rock, they are setting fire to it, watching it burn and enjoying themselves immensely.

“Dark, deliciously dark, murderously dark” -Alex Baker – KERRANG!

"heavy riffing with a blistering dose of sarcasm..." - clash

"...a ferocious blast of thundering blues rock with a spine of steel." - classic rock

"... a distinct, inspired swagger..." - gigslutz

NUNS OF THE TUNDRA
Having recently reached the final of nationwide competition Firestone’s Battle Of The Bands 2017, Nuns Of The Tundra have had an amazing year going from strength to strength, and show no sign of relenting for 2018.

"Sporting thunderous production, strong melodies, and leather swagger, they burst out on ‘Robot Love’ with an ever so slightly off kilter melody and more guitars than you can shake a big stick at."
"Drawing on the idiosyncratic nature of Queens of the Stone Age and the melodic sensibilities of Stone Temple Pilots, new track ‘Mind’s Eye’ is a four minute blast of pure mainstream rock energy that has been sorely missing for, what, like at least a decade now."
Jamie Coughlan // Overblown Blog

SKEWWHIFF
Much loved Worcester 4 piece Skewwhiff have played festivals and gigs extensively, honing the songs and the set in preparation for their debut long player, Nice Little Upper, which was released in 2014.

Genre is always a poser when faced with such variety of sound, so the fact that Skewwhiff have not been out of place supporting bass legend Mike Watt's brand of jazz/punk and Brit-pop pioneers Dodgy, demonstrates the difficulty in pinning a pithy label to this bunch of misfits.

"Definitively undefinable post-punk outsiders, like nothing else." Something Else @Bearded Theory festival.

"Brilliant angular indie-punk from Worcester." Glastonwick.

"They evoke some of the classic early 80s political punk bands like the Au Pairs, Gang of Four with a hint of Pixies " Surprise Attacks.
