We make the finest lagers and wheat beer in the Wold's and we make them with
no added nasties just malted barley (and in the wheat beer - wheat funnily
enough), hops, yeast and water. We don't boil all the taste out of our beers
by pasteurising them so they last longer and we don't let our beers languish
in a warehouse until they're old enough to remember when penny chews cost a
penny.
Essentially we just make great tasting, pure, fresh and local lager and it's
something we love doing. Really... we do... sometimes we love it so much
that we have to remind ourselves to go home at night.
April sees them release their Spring Lager and it only seems fit to throw a party in celebration.
