Edinburgh's premier indiepop dance party has been on hiatus for some time, but Team Unpop are very excited to be back with the first of a series of decade-specific specials, starting with... the eighties!

Expect the usual Unpop vibes, but only playing tunes released from 1980 to 1989. We are thrilled to be back at the West End Bowling Club, a lovely little dancefloor with a scandalously cheap bar. Badges, cakes and mixtapes will be free on the door and we hope you can come!

Disclaimer: we will be playing The Smiths, on the basis that Morrissey wasn't quite such a nob in the eighties. We in no way, shape or form endorse 2018 Morrissey though, just to be clear.
