Apollon Records presents an evening of progressive rock music, with a dual-header of Arabs In Aspic and Ring Van Mobius.

Arabs In Aspic
This excellent classic progrock band from Trondheim, Norway, did release «Live at Avantgarden» last November, which is their 7th release. It’s their very first Live album and it was recorded in their hometown on the 13th of January 2018 celebrating the success of their last studio album “Syndenes Magi” from 2017.
Focusing on an old-school sound, the use of Hammond organs, Mellotron, Rhodes, Space Echo, vintage guitars. Funnily enough the band were started by a bunch of ski-jumpers and both mainman Jostein Smeby & drummer Eskil Nyhus has both jumped more than 200 metres!

Ring Van Mobius
Hailing from Kopervik, Norway, Ring Van Möbius did release their debut album " Past The Evening Sun" last year to great acclaim worldwide!
With Hammond Organ, bass and drums and a good dose of nostalgia, the Norwegian power trio Ring Van Möbius plays 70s prog rock inspired by bands like Van Der Graaf Generator, King Crimson and ELP. The fact that you can’t find a guitarist in the band will probably surprise you, but at the same time they strive to create their own, and somewhat untraditional sound, which spans from the delicate and comfortable to outright madness and abstract soundscapes.

With a strong focus on original instruments, analog tape recording and old school studio techniques, they use their creation space; Spectral Tape Studios, as an instrument to create their own weird and wonderful musical universe.
