Candida and Michael wish to celebrate springtime with a joyous devotional chanting Kirtan, accompaniment on Harmonium, Saraswati Veena, Bouzouki and the drums of Tanya. Everyone is invited to sing these sacred mantras from their hearts, with a clear energising intention to visualise new growth that enables all possibilities to grow to fruition.

After some Silence the space is made available for people to lay down and Candida will prepare you with a simple breathing exercise for the Special Vernal Equinox Sound Journey enveloping you in the warmth and sonic nutrition of the full spectrum frequencies embodied in Symphonic Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Mongolian Overtone/Undertone Singing. Immersing the receiver in a deep ocean of resonating sounds enabling the mind to free itself of thoughts, the body of tensions, taking you on a journey from the subtlest strokes of the instruments to an orchestra of symphonic proportions.

Finally they invite everyone to create a spectacular Choir of Aums, Overtones and Harmonics to bless all sentient beings, the earth and nature with essence of the ultimate reality.

Please bring warm blankets a Yoga Mat as well as water. Chairs will be made available if you wish to use them
