You are warmly invited to attend our interactive event where we will be looking at the challenges facing us from the dangers to our ecosystems from climate change and biodiversity loss. We will explore our spiritual sense of connectedness to the earth and the actions we can take to contribute to earth and human flourishing.
Our keynote speaker Nicola Peel is a winner of the People’s Environment Award, filmmaker, speaker and ‘solutionist’. She has been working in the Ecuadorian Amazon for 18 years, finding solutions to environmental problems by working alongside communities.
Participants will be invited to attend two out of four workshops covering topics such as our connection to the natural world, the great water challenge and positive actions we can take to protect the earth.
Tea and coffee will be provided but please bring your own lunch or buy from one of the plentiful local shops and cafes.
We have kept the ticket prices as low as possible to enable wide participation. We would ask if you are able to pay the full price then please do so. If you wish to please make use of the facility provided to make a small additional donation to contribute to costs.
This event is a collaboration between Brighthelm Centre, Earth Church, Living Spirituality Connections and Spirit of Peace.
