MORIATY + LITTLE THIEF + DEAD GROUND
CAVERN WED 10 APRIL
FUNNEL LIVE presents
MORIATY Blues duo with a difference... the difference being that they are not confined by the 2 piece shackles. Moriaty have collaborated with Rappers, Singers, Bass Players and string sections.
'Playing live they have such an impressive wall of sound that hits you like a rampaging herd of wildebeest. It’s dirty, fuzzed to the eyeballs with romping ball breakingly handsome blues riffs a-plenty, tied down with genius percussion, slick vocals and snazzy suits.' (****Cleanslatemusic)
LITTLE THIEF With sounds similar to The Black Keys, The Hives and Queens of The Stone Age, LITTLE THIEF’s new single “Monster” is described by the band as sounding “like a deliciously dirty, triple-stacked, extra-cheesy, heart attack”. Singer, Charlie Fitzgerald says the song was written about “trying to fend off your demons...or at least keep them at bay”. The Bristol based three-piece have been making a name for themselves around the UK with their upbeat & highly energetic live show.
PLUS DEAD GROUND Expressing an intoxicating sound that is raw, atmospheric and engulfing, DEAD GROUND strive to create music that holds true value built upon integrity and honesty. The alternative trio released their latest striking new single, We All Feel The Same, on Friday 12th October 2018.
