Pitchfork said their new album, out September 27th, is their "most ingenious and immersive mix of folk and rock yet". The Guardian named it Folk Album of the Month, calling it "alert, anti-colonialist folk... a wide-eyed, curious creature, willingly alert to the world... Fans of Will Oldham will find succour".

MOJO called RRD “The most underrated folk-rock band in Britain” and elsewhere they have been compared to Talk Talk, Steve Gunn, Fairport Convention, John Martyn and Dirty Three. This celebratory show will be their first in over a year, following songwriter David Morris' yearlong retreat in a Buddhist monastery in Canada.
