Jim Rattigan is one of the UK’s leading French horn players and widely recognised as a pioneer of the jazz French horn. Following his hugely acclaimed debut album “Strong Tea” and an Arts Council funded tour in 2016/17 he returns with his band, Pavillon, to launch his new album ‘The Freedom of Movement’. Jim will be injecting his expressive & zesty style into the proceedings resulting in a dynamic & explosive evening of great jazz!
Pavillon features Martin Speake, Andy Panayi and Mick Foster on saxophones, Robbie Robson, Steve Fishwick and Percy Pursglove on trumpets, Mark Nightingale on tenor trombone and Sarah Williams on bass trombone. Hans Koller on piano, Dave Whitford on double bass and Martin France on drums.
