"My first gig as Attila the Stockbroker was at Bush Fair Playbarn, Harlow on September 8th 1980. I've now done about 3500 gigs in 24 countries and earned my living as a performance poet and musician for nearly 40 years. I know what a privilege it is to do that - and intend to celebrate it most thoroughly with a return to Dingwall's, the first London gig I ever did, with guest appearances by some of my greatest musical and poetic co-conspiritors!"

The Piranhas confirm they will be joining the show tonight, great news! Atilla- "Whom I first saw at Brighton's legendary Vault in 1977, then countless times at the legendary Sunday gigs at the Alhambra, followed to London for their first gig at the Marquee and many more....& eventually years later, in 2005, as co-founder of Brighton Independent Supporters' Association and the organiser of Seagulls Ska, helped a rewritten version of 'Tom Hark' to 17 in the charts as part of our campaign for our new stadium at Falmer for Brighton And Hove Albion....
The first punk band I ever saw (I think.) A band I have loved for 43 years. So pleased they're doing it"

Also we are delighted to announce a special guest spot from Attila's erstwhile double act partner JOHN OTWAY - and no doubt they'll be doing a couple of old favourites together..

TV Smith, Newtown Neurotics and poets Luke Wright and Janine Booth have all confirmed . A packed evening: doors 7.30, start 7.45. Over three hours, no breaks!
Attila will be doing poems, teaming up with his old mate Otway for a few ridiculous numbers and playing with his band Barnstormer 1649 doing a selection of songs from our 5 albums.
