Sound Effects: Indie, Britpop, Mod, Ska. A fully self contained, 5-piece covers band. Based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

Sound Effects take you on a musical journey through the rich history of British pop culture. Featuring timeless Mod classics from the Jam, the Small Faces, the Who, Lambrettas and Secret Affair On to the pulsating Ska rhythms of the Two Tone era from the Specials,the Beat and Madness.
Through the cool indie sounds of Joy Division, The Smiths, The Cure, Stone Roses, Franz Ferdinand, The Enemy, Fratelli’s, Arctic Monkeys, and Kasabian. Before finally arriving at the hugely popular Britpop anthems by Oasis, Blur, James, and Pulp.
