Event information

After almost two years since their last show, Brighton Noise are excited to welcome back...

RED DEER PEOPLE (Red Deer People)

Formed in Brighton in 2015, Red Deer People spent around two years writing, recording and playing shows up and down the U.K. with Algiers, Shonen Knife, Traams, Public Access TV, Porrdige Radio and Ulrika Spacek, they were also supported by an upcoming, little known act called Squid on their last BN show. Their two singles received airplay on BBC Radio 6 by Steve Lamacq. Musically they mix the motoric drum beats and driving bass-lines of krautrock, with effects heavy guitars and the experimentation and energy of post-punk.

BLUE SPECTRE (Blue Spectre)

Taking inspiration from the surf, garage and psychedelic sounds of the 60s and straining them through a filter of krautrock, post punk and experimental rock, Brighton's Blue Spectre are the soundtrack to the stormy British beach party movie that David Lynch will never make.
