TICKET POLICY PLEASE READ - OOO ER. VERY FORMAL.

We love all of you, as you are the most splendid audience a little boy or girl could dream of - so to make it easier for you and answer a few questions we've had about tickets over recent shows - we thought we'd clarify below, as they are all very good questions:

1. We cannot refund tickets once they have been purchased. This is because we pass ALL ticket revenue to acts and to pay for props / making the room 'custom fit to theme' and the shows what they are. For want of better words - we do it out of love of putting on a fun night for everyone, and if we can just about break even, then great.

2. We cannot resell tickets for you and then get in touch to refund you the money. As I'm sure you can appreciate, we don't have time for that sort of admin on the night. We always appreciate the messages in advance saying - you can't make it and please do resell my ticket to someone who might want to go - those are super cool - but we can't refund you that ticket if we do manage to sell it last minute.

3. Tickets cannot be transferred to a future month if you can't make it (but can be transferred to another person for the same night, if you let us know who that person is).
