Biography
George Stackhouse has been writing and performing music for nearly 7 years, primarily with his band Rawkus Redz but has also a multitude of other performances and pieces under his belt either side.

George attended Hind Leys College from 2011 to 2015, where he studied Music and Performing Arts and developed a keen ear for music and composition whilst working on his performance as an actor. It was during his time at Hind Leys that he composed and performed the song 'Dusk Has Begun' as part of an Orchestras Live project at Hind Leys, under the guidance of composer John K Miles who headed the project.

George has completed Grade 8 Vocals, Grade 8 Guitar, Grade 5 Music Theory and Grade 6 Piano. He has also achieved A Level Music and A Level Performing Arts. He is currently studying for a B(Mus) Music Performance Degree at Echo Factory, Leicester.

In 2016, George was involved in the production of audio drama The Winter Garden, written about English poet William Wordsworth during his time in Coloerton, Leicestershire. He composed all of the music whilst starring in the drama as the poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

George has most recently composed the soundtrack to the trailer for the Gatling Gun Productions feature film War of the Fallen, whilst also starring in the trailer as a World War I soldier. He also composed the soundtrack for their short film Blackcats and Bankers, again whilst having a leading role as Jacob in the film. He is due to star in and compose the soundtrack for Gatling Gun's web mini-series Master Holmes, in which he will also play the title role of Sherlock.
