Hailing from the wilds of East Anglia and South Wales, Wise Woman bring a heady collision of folk harmonies, old time tall tales and 90s girl power to the airwaves and eardrums. Raised on a healthy diet of Simon & Garfunkel, Carole King, Fleetwood Mac and Ella Fitzgerald, their signature rich vocal harmonies and sensuous cello lines arrive as warm and delicious as a fireside bara brith.
Their songs weave intricate stories of real and imagined lives, transporting audiences on a theatrical journey through forgotten worlds and everyday treasures. Audiences hailed their recently packed gig at Stoke Newington's Old Church as "magical," "utterly entrancing" and "a beautifully crafted, joyous show."
