Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard began in 2017 because Tom Rees was obsessed with Norman Greenbaum’s Spirit in the Sky. He realised that a rock’n’roll singer needs a band – welcome Ethan Hunt, Zac White and Ed Rees. Debut single Double Denim Hop was released in 2018 (think Super Furry Animals playing with a young AC/DC). Late Night City followed in 2019 before the band signed to Communion Records, releasing The Non-Stop EP this Summer. It’s rock’n’roll, yes, but it’s not old fashioned.
