A real live band not to be confused with cabaret pretenders”, T-Rextasy is recognised as one of the best tribute groups on the UK music scene today.

The impact of the band’s stage presence and the lead singer’s uncanny resemblance (in both voice and appearance) to Marc Bolan will help to make it an evening to remember for audiences at The Wharf this month (June) when T.Rextasy perform all the great Marc Bolan and T.Rex top 20 hits.

All-time “Glam Rock” favourites such as “Children of the Revolution”, “Get It On”, “I Love to Boogie” and “Telegram Sam” will receive the full T.Rex sound treatment during a programme of “hot rock” classics.

It was in 1992 that T.Rextasy was formed in Hackney, East London. Their initial popularity has been maintained over the years and they remain one of the few tribute bands to perform live without the aid of props such as backing tapes and wigs.
