Danny was born in America and grew up in Hull before moving to Liverpool five years ago. Last year he released his debut album 'Small Talk Songs'. The album that holds the attention throughout and shows a depth of musicianship that promises much more for the future. His guitar playing is a delight and he is adventurous with his lyrics. Danny has played support slots at Town Hall Live many times in the past and he has always been asked to play encores. That is unheard of, but he is that good.
Joining Danny as special guests are A Different Thread. ADT are Robert Jackson and Alicia Best, who have developed a sound that embraces the many elements of English and American music. Their blend of intimate vocals and atmospheric instrumentation is reminiscent of Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings, whilst offering hooks in the style of The Cranberries and The Band,.
