A bone shaking Bonanza! The Rambunctious Social Club brings you the exuberant Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican day of the dead celebration. We smile and Grin with our dead, we welcome them back and we dance! The party of the year is back with a full building takeover, inside and outside of the Barrel House ballroom and Totnes brewery, upstairs and downstairs!

Throw out your greys, dress up and dance with the dead!

One of the South wests most successful nights returns again to Totnes, after sell out shows with bands such as Gyspy Hill, Voodoo Love Orchestra, Baila la Cumbia, Camo Clave and last year with Malphino. This immersive and magical night take-over the Barrel House, inside and outside.

Those familiar with Rambunctious have delighted in the distinct sound that Griff and Lee pump out, a foot loose fusion of Cumbia, Latin, Electro swing, Gypsy beats, mexican ska or whatever else that gets thrown into the mix, this adventurous explosion of styles has given Rambunctious a unique sound. On Nov 5th, the Rambunctious sound system brings a sonic sizzle of fat fiesta funk with a dizzying array of Tropical beats, Latin shakes, Mariachi hop, Nortec, Mexican Trap and some dangerous dirty Cumbia! Slap on your sonic sombreros!

Further down into the South American climes….is this exciting new Latin act playing Peruvian Cumbia! We are so excited to get these guys down for the Mexican Ball.
Peruvian cumbia is a subgenre of chicha that became popular in the coastal cities of Peru, mainly in Lima in the 1960s through the fusion of local versions of the original Colombian genre, traditional highland huayno, and rock music, particularly surf rock and psychedelic rock.

VINCENT TOURET’S ONE MAN BAND vs. Rambunctious.
We loved Vincent’s One man brass band show last year, so we have asked him to return, so if you missed him here is your chance! Rambunctious will be collaborating with a fun mix of DJ dexterity/live loops.
Vincent Touret's One Man Band! Brass instruments, percussions, conch shells, a loop station and beautiful bits and pieces. Tunes composed or arranged by Vincent, inspired by traditional Street Music from New Orleans, Colombia, the Balkans, Jazz root traditions, ... all performed live in front of you! Vincent is the trombone player from Malavita and Joey and the Lips and an all round top Amigo!
