Event information
Tenor Saxophonist Dan Cartwright and trumpeter Chris Coull team up to explore the compositions of the great Bebop master Thelonious Monk. Classics such as I Mean You, Rhythm-A Ning, Straight No Chaser, Well You Needn’t and Round Midnight will be featured alongside some lesser known Monk songs. The 2 horn team will be backed by Joe Edwards on drums and Terry Seabrook on organ.
