Sadly - due to illness the Phil Beer Trio now won't be coming on Saturday and an alternative date has not been possible to find for 2023.

We thought it a shame to waste a lovely venue and all the pre-arrangements, besides live music has to be better than Michael McIntyre on the tele. So stepping into the breach and saving the day will be the mighty Wilson-Wakeman

Wilson-Wakeman

Adam Wakeman (son of Rick) is best known as the keyboard player with Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath and Damian Wilson is a songwriter and vocalist who has appeared on over 70 separate album releases.

They have released 3 Wilson & Wakeman albums, but have been working together much longer.

I've been a huge fan for years, and they've been on top of my wish list, but up till now the dates have never worked out. I've obviously been asking far too far in advance.

Some of you were treated to a very special and intimate concert in our back garden by Damian, back in socially distanced 2020. I won't need to tell you how brilliant he is. Well as a duo they're even better.

Expect beautiful self penned songs plus much more - everything from Les Mis' Bring Him Home to Life on Mars! Damian could sing the phone book and it would be fabulous! And Adam's playing is... well.... come and see.....

In a brand new venue for Folk in the Barn. Petham Village Hall is a stylish and perfect setting for Acoustic Music. Set in beautiful countryside, easily accessed off Stone Street near Canterbury. Plenty of Free Parking too, which these days is a bonus.
