Event information

Hannah Elizabeth and Griff Jameson have joined forces to create an acoustic folk-roots sound which encompasses both their individual musical backgrounds. Hannah’s influences are firmly planted in traditional folk-roots, whilst in contrast Griff has formed his musical reputation within folk pop/rock genres. Together, Elizabeth & Jameson arguably offer the best of both backgrounds; this is simplistic, classic song writing at its best - a stripped back harmony-driven sound with acoustic guitar, violin and exquisite vocals.

South-East based folk musician and songstress, Lizzy Hardingham is paving her way as a “rising star on the UK folk scene” with songs that “sing straight to the heart”. Her powerful yet pure voice twinned with her impressive songwriting skills meld together to create “beautifully delivered folk music”! After storming the UK folk club and festival scene, including Cambridge Folk Festival, in 2019 she is proving herself as “a powerful singer to watch out for”.

Opening the evening will be Southampton based singer songwriter Anna Renae who is well known to Oxfordshire audiences having played at The Unicorn Theatre in Abingdon, Harwell Village Hall and Folk Weekend Oxford several times.

Doors 7pm, music 7:30pm
