Cambridge-based stalwarts Tape Runs Out release their long-awaited debut album "Floodhead" this March via Trapped Animal Records. Boasting a heady mix of guitars, synths, violin, and hammered dulcimer, "Floodhead" is an exploratory sonic journey that thrives off experimenting with different textures and sounds, with each song claiming its own microcosm of creativity.

Recently touted by BBC Radio 6's Steve Lamacq as one to watch, their latest single "Souvenir" has received extensive national radio play, and their hybrid sound of indie, alt-rock, shoegaze, and dreampop, has garnered them a well-earned buzz in the music industry. Already on many pundits' lists of bands to listen out for this year, Tape Runs Out are an up-and-coming act not to be missed.
