Event information
This four part course runs from the 23rd of February til the 16th of March and will be lead by Pete Ayres, with live piano accompaniment from Ewan Bleach.
The evening will then continue with a three part set from The Cable Street Rag Band until 11:30, with a free jam until 12:30 so plenty of time to try out your new moves! The ticket is for the 4-part course only, there is extra charge of £13 if you plan to settle in for the evening and stay for the rag band.

Fun, fast, and easy to pick up, SLS dance is seeing a resurgence all over the Jitterbugging world. A little bit like Lindy Hop, a tiny bit like Charleston, quick to pick up and a dynamic and distinctive dance in its own right, join us at Jamboree and slip another dance under your belt!

St Louis Shag is an aerobic dance, so we recommend you wear comfortable clothing suitable for moderate exercise. Bring a spare pair of shoes if in doubt - flat tennis shoes with a cushioned insole are good, but everyone has a preference.
Bring a small towel and wear a couple of layers in case things get sweaty!
