After an incredible show at the United Reformed Church last year, Jerry Joseph is back in Oxted, for a very intimate, very limited capacity show at Toast.
"One of the greatest live performers I have ever seen and long one of my favourite songwriters, one of the absolute best of our generation." Patterson Hood (Drive-By Truckers)
Jason Isbell called him one of the greatest triple threats, a great singer, songwriter and performer. Residing in Portland Oregon Jerry has been releasing records and touring the States and the rest of the world since the early 1980s. His 2020 album 'The Beautiful Madness' - which featured The Drive-By Truckers as Jerry's backing band under the name of The Stiff Boys - received among the best reviews of Jerry's career, and he has now released 'Tick': an album of demos and unreleased tracks from his time in the studio with The Stiff Boys, along with some live renditions of the songs from a gig in Athens, Georgia at the infamous 40 Watt Club.
This venue is limited capacity, with seating & standing. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis, so if you'd like a seat, please ensure you arrive early.
Doors at 7pm. Jerry will be playing two sets, with the first starting at 8pm.
Praise for 'The Beautiful Madness'
