MICHELE STODART's career with the Magic Numbers has taken her around the world to the biggest stages, selling huge amounts of records and receiving a Mercury nomination along the way. She has to date released two critically acclaimed, beautifully written roots and soul-drenched solo albums
'Stodart's solo career..sits in a rich tradition that encompasses such touchstone female performers as Karen Dalton and Judee Sill...Etta James..Alison Moorer [&] Gillian Welch. Pieces may well be the most impressive record she's ever made, with or without brother Romeo and band'. MOJO Magazine

Think of OUR MAN IN THE FIELD, AKA Alexander Ellis, as an independent correspondent, with his works dispatches from his travels. So classically crafted are Ellis’ songs that you could be forgiven for thinking you’ve heard Our Man In The Field somewhere before. He and his brilliant band of pedal steel, guitar, banjo, upright bass and drums (with fine harmony backing vocals) take inspiration from the alt-Americana and Caledonian soul stylings of Van Morrison, Neil Young, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Ryan Adams and Wilco. His own sound is indefinable yet familiar- its introspective, intimate and deeply soulful style stands comfortably alongside modern day artists Ray LaMontagne, Damien Rice and Joe Purdy.

Anglo-American troubadour (and sometime rooftop balladeer) JAMES RILEY crafts music which seamlessly blends joyously anthemic songcraft, lucidly poetic storytelling, and a disarmingly candid folk voice.
After a 2-year stint in Nashville, Tennessee making his long-overdue debut album, in March 2020 James returned to a covid-stricken England, to find an entire year of touring struck off his calendar overnight. Never one to be defeated by a global pandemic, he began live-streaming concerts from his rooftop in North London. The resulting series of 30 live-streamed rooftop concerts drew media attention from the BBC & The Guardian, endorsement & financial backing from UK Arts Council, reached millions of viewers online and raised nearly £45K for charities. Riley’s neighbours even painted a giant mural of his band on his house.
Now back on more conventional stages, James has had a feverishly busy 2022/ 2023, with appearances at festivals including The Great Escape and Wilderness, and with a new album slated for release later in 2023, his gradually ascendent star seems to be leading from the tiles on his rooftop to new heights.

LEONIE EVANS began performing at the age of 5 and has never stopped....Her never ending tour has brought her to the furthest reaches of Britain, Europe, Japan & the USA. What sets her apart from just a discography and a list of tour dates are the countless guest vocals, collaborations, performances in the streets and jazz clubs of New Orleans, London, Bristol, spontaneous jams at parties and festivals and, perhaps most precious of all, the sprawling web of connections growing between Leonie and her ever-expanding family of musical sisters and brothers.
Her output to date has included three exquisite albums of dreamy, jazzy, unclassifiable song craft as part of the Bristol-based quartet Rae, a series of limited edition solo CDs, and two solo albums. Her first, 'Collaborations Volume 1’, featured Riognach Connolly (The Breath/ Honeyfeet), Brooke Sharkey, Liam Magill (Syd Arthur), Low Chimes, and Adam Beattie amongst many others. Her recently released second ('Collaborations Volume 2’) was recorded in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Bristol, Brighton and Rabastens- Couffouleux in France, and features a glorious cast of forty one different musicians, including members of The Moulettes, the Rozi Plain Band, The Resonators, Tuba Skinny, The California Feetwarmers, Buddy Jazz Club, and Le Petit Orleans.
""Like nothing else I've ever heard in my life, I was just blown away by her" Cerys Matthews, BBC 6 Music
"Jazz and folk flirt en route to New Orleans via Canterbury with Evans' slinky, supple vocal...One slot on Later with Jools holland is all it would take" Prog Magazine
