Doors 8pm, Oldfield Youth Club 8.40-9.40, Cult Figures 10-11.

Cult Figures formed in Birmingham, late 70s then regrouped 7 years ago. Expect a mix of oldies, including 1979 Peel fave Zip Nolan and songs from their 2 great recent punk-pop LPs. A brand new album Between Us And Heaven is released this October.

Oldfield Youth Club feature members of critically acclaimed 1980s pop group The Last Party, Simon Rivers (Bitter Springs), Neil Palmer & Kim Rivers reunited with the idea to pare down Simon's songs resulting in short powerful catchy tunes. Debut LP The Hanworth Are Coming arrives in November.
