Sam Carelse is a Brighton-based jazz vocalist who has performed in venues such as The Grand, Brighton Pavilion and Brighton Dome, and festivals Love Supreme and Brighton Fringe. Blossom Dearie was one of jazz’s unique jazz voices. A cult and a musicians' musician, her fame spread wider through television and radio. Teddy Wilson, one of the great style-setters of jazz piano, singled her out “Her exquisitely shaded piano "accompaniment" was as unique as her singing.”. Featuring Sam Carelse – Vocals, Jason Henson – Guitar, Chris Coull – Trumpet, Nigel Thomas – Bass, Angus Bishop – Drums.
