White voice singing is the most natural signing technique for the human voice. It was created in harmony with nature and rural life. For the Eastern European ancestors, it was a natural need for expression that accompanied them both in everyday life and in very important moments. It was a way of communication and strengthened social bonds. It carried the truth about the world and human beings.

Today, many people consider this technique to be healing. White singing is clear and free, but also gentle and light. Free singing is associated with the work of different parts of the body while maintaining correct posture, flexibility, and appropriate muscle tension. During the workshops, we will get closer to expressing ourselves more freely and developing our musicality.

The workshop is led by Karolina Węgrzyn - a folk singer, accordion and hammered dulcimer musician from Poland, whose music is rooted in the rich tradition of her native villages.
