Following their recent appearance at Glas-Goes Pop, Helen McCookerybook and Robert Rotifer are back in London with one of their rare joint outings, strictly bilingual, strictly half acoustic/half electric, co-written, co-song and co-played words & music that make up the songs of their 10" EP Equal Parts as well as digital-only Equal Parts II.
Rarer still, they will be augmented on the occasion to full band format with Ruth Tidmarsh on bass and Ian Button on drums. This has only happened twice before, only once in London, which was, like, a year ago. Or longer.
Speaking of years, this will be the only McCookerybook and Rotifer gig in London this year, plus it's one of the nicest venues in town.
