Renowned for having a great live sound The Spice of Life and Substance have worked together for over 15 years to bring the very best new music to the heart of the capital.

She Made Me Do It
She Made Me Do It release their new EP ‘Starlust and Other Tales’ on the 25th March, 2022.
The intent to create instantly gratifying post punk infused electronic rock has forever been within SheMMDI’s sights. This new 6 track EP takes their blueprint to extremes in a flurry of catchy choruses and riffs. The lightning has well and truly been captured on these fantastic new recordings.
She Made Me Do It are Shaheena Dax (Rachel Stamp) - Vocals, Bass, Keyboards and Will Crewdson (Rachel Stamp, Adam Ant band) Guitar, Vocals, Keyboards. They are joined live by Joe Holweger (Adam Ant Band) on drums.
The EP was produced and mixed by John Mitchell and will be available on limited CD as well as all the usual digital options.

Palindrones
Palindrones is a multi-instrumental electronic music duo from South East London. They craft immersive musical landscapes, mixing pounding beats and blistering synth drones, with a lush ambience, hypnotic organic textures, subtle pop melodies and haunting, esoteric lyrics that draw the listener into a dream-like reverie.
Palindrones are Karen (vocals/synth) and Jamie (synth/percussion/electronics/vocals).
The whole defines the parts, as the parts define the whole.
