A series of monthly online history talks hosted on Zoom and led by Andy Skinner (Learning & Engagement Officer at SeaCity Museum and Tudor House & Garden). All of the talks are designed to be fun, accessible and rooted in the history and archaeology of the city.

In the first talk of the series, join Andy as he explores the setting of Southampton and introduces the prehistoric settlements around where Southampton is today before exploring the Roman settlement on the east bank of the River Itchen. Expect stories of military conquest, Roman pirates... and aurochs!
